Royal Albert

Description:

The 45 Watt Royal Albert amp is powered by two KT77 or EL34 output tubes, runs in Class A/B and adds a vast new vocabulary to the classic 45-50watt amplifier. This model satisfies the demands of touring musicians who need power and truckloads of creamy overdriven tone in one box. With plenty of clean headroom and rich harmonics, the Royal Albert can jump from classy jangle to arena rockin' distortion in one turn of your guitar's volume knob. Extra wattage gives you wider dynamics and a stronger, more controllable low end crunch. If you've wanted that cranked vintage 'British' tone but with a beautiful boutique look and feel, step back and strum away!

But don't think of this as just another 'British' amp. The Royal Albert is way more versatile and wide ranging. Transitioning from amazing, rich and robust clean tones into tantalizing smooth distortion effortlessly, the Albert is a winner for working players who need power AND tone in one box. Instantly adopted by top level touring bands, The Albert is a workhorse that will make you heard without hurting your ears.

Like all 65 Amps, the Royal Albert is hand wired with point-to-point construction, and 100 percent built and assembled in the USA. All cabinets are made of quality Baltic Birch wood and sport a classic two-tone tolex finish. The cabs offer a nicely balanced frequency response that is also durable, due to the excellent craftsmanship at the factory. To ensure maximum playability and reliability out of the box, each 65 amp is also custom voiced and thoroughly broken in prior to shipment. Introduced in 2007.
